Rental Application
Who needs to complete an application:
- Any potential occupant over the age of 18, unless claimed as a dependent of another application (such as parent or guardian).
- Each potential roommate applicant.

Each fully completed application must be accompanied with the required application fee, typically $50.00 per application. This fee in non-refundable, and us used to process the application and creditworthiness of the applicant. You may submit your application fee via cashiers check, money order, or electronic funds (Venmo or Zelle). Call 877-617-6617 for more information about your application fee.
