Utilizing video-chat platforms such as Zoom, Skype, and Duo, your agent can show you any listed home from the comfort of you couch, while at the office, or on the go.

Step 3: Secure Lending

We can refer you to many great lenders who offer a wide variety of programs from VA to FHA, from Conventional to Jumbo Loans. Just ask your HallDoran REALTOR®.

Step 4: Digitally Sign the Purchase Agreement

With DocuSign, you can securely sign the purchase offer. We then will submit your offer via email. With digital signatures, we can ensure your safety and security.

Step 5: Inspections & Disclosures

HallDoran Realty as a team of licensed home inspectors who will inspect your future property in great detail. We will review with you all the seller disclosures, and assist you in making informed decisions.

Step 6: Close Escrow

Each and every step along the way, we work closely with escrow to ensure they have all the documents needed to close on schedule. We are excited for you to receive the keys to your new home.
