About Brendon
Nearly 100 years ago, my heritage in San Diego began. In fact, my grandmother’s childhood home still stands in North Park. Granddad worked for Ryan Aircraft in the 1930s before developing a small airpark and flight school in La Mesa. Shortly after the war (WWII), my grandparents relocated to South Lake Tahoe and subdivided 100 acres on Kingsbury Grade. I was born in South Lake Tahoe, California, and have always considered Lake Tahoe as my home and San Diego my winter playground.
In Spring 2022, I relocated to Weatherford, Texas to start a new adventure. Instantly, my heart fell in love with Texas along with the spirit of the local people.
My career in real estate began in 1996 as an agent and property manager in Northeast Washington. A fond memory was being approached by Warner Bros. Pictures in their quest to provide housing for the 1997 Keven Costner’s film, The Postman. What a challenge that became as the area was void of any motels or apartments.
I spent nearly 17 years as a commercial real estate appraiser, valuing almost every property type under the sun in several states, including Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Nevada, Arizona, Ohio, and California.
The appraisal training and experience affords me a unique skillset I bring to my clients, as I understand the many components that contribute to value in a property – many that are often missed by other real estate professionals.
Owning property is one of the greatest rights Americans have. I would like to help keep this dream alive, and assist you in your next purchase or sale.
