In keeping with the spirit of sowing back into our community, HallDoran Realty has selected three charities (or nonprofits) which we are pleased to support. Through our partnership with you, our client, HallDoran Realty brokerage donates a large portion of the proceeds earned from each and every transaction to each of the following organizations.

OUR CHARITIES WE SUPPORT

URBAN STREET ANGELS

Urban Street Angels is a local non-profit organization focused on ending youth homelessness in a sustainable way, and operating in three inter-related areas at this time:

Providing emergency overnight shelter services for transitional-age youth (18-25 years old) in the San Diego area. These services always include a nourishing dinner and breakfast the following morning; a safe place to spend the night, and referrals to available services in the community.

Operate the only program focused on providing transitional, supporting housing and job training opportunities for transitional-age youth in the San Diego area. The program requires the youth to meet objectives, such as GED or college coursework, counseling, and substance abuse.

Operate the social enterprise start-up 8 West, which provides vital job and soft skills training for homeless youth in our transitional, supporting housing program. At 8 West, the homeless youth work toward developing their job readiness skills, as they learn to handcraft a premium line of bath, shower, and spa products in the process. While our beaches and near perfect weather defines San Diego, it’s our Military Men and Women who bring us distinction and honor. We at HallDoran Realty would like to thank our military and their families for their service by helping them come home. It is our mission to make your transfer easier, faster, and less stressful. We work with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support.

The Semper Fi Fund provides immediate financial assistance and lifetime support to post-9/11 combat wounded, critically ill and catastrophically injured members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families, ensuring that they have the resources they need during their recovery and transition back to their communities. Shriners Hospitals for Children®

Shriners Hospitals for Children® is one of the largest pediatric sub-specialty health care systems in the world, providing specialized care to children with orthopaedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate. They are dedicated to improving the lives of children through innovative care, world-class research and outstanding teaching programs for medical professionals. Each of their 22 locations specializes in one or more of our broad service lines. All care and services are provided to children up to age 18 regardless of the families’ ability to pay. San Diego residents are able to travel a short distance to the nearest Shriners Hospital for Children® in Pasadena, California.

Shriners Hospital for Children® has treated Broker Brendon’s nephew who was born with a cleft pallet several years ago. At that time, surgery was financially prohibitive for his brother and his family. The wonderful doctors and staff at Shriners Hospital for Children® graciously performed a couple needed surgeries and didn’t bill the family. This is one of the many testimonies we at HallDoran Realty can give about the great folks at Shriners Hospital for Children®.
